Having a wider wheel on the front than what was on there before CAN, not necessarily will, make it harder to steer when moving slowly of not at all. Other things such as low tire pressure, worn out bushings, or even rubber compounds in the tire can make a small difference in stationary steering feel. If you didn't feel a difference in steering feel, then cool. But generally going wider in the front will make a difference in feel.
